About the role

Join our team as a Bogger Operator at Peak mine, where you’ll be a vital part of our underground mining operations. In this hand-on role, you’ll be responsible for safe and efficient bogging, truck loading, and backfilling to help achieve our production and development goals.

We’re seeking experienced and safety-focused operators who thrive in a team environment and are ready to take the next step in their mining career. This is a great opportunity to grow with a supportive team at one of the key sites in the Cobar region.

• Roster: 7/7 & 14/14 (rotating Day & Night Shift)

• Location: Peak Mine, Cobar NSW

Travel options

• Residents enjoy a balanced roster and the opportunity to settle into the family-friendly township of Cobar. Relocation support is available, along with a residential allowance

• DIDO if you live within an 800km radius of the Mine site which includes a travel allowance

• FIFO from Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne

Qualifications and experience

• Minimum 12 months of experience as a Bogger Operator in an underground mining environment

• Strong underground equipment operation skills – particularly with boggers/loaders (manual/remote)

• Time management and reliability – ability to meet production targets while maintaining quality and safety

• Proven experience in truck loading, backfilling, and general underground operations
