About the role
We are looking for a skilled Charge-Up Operator to join our underground mining team. In this role, you will safely and efficiently carry out all aspects of development charge-up operations.
We’re seeking an adaptable and results-oriented individual with a positive mindset, who thrives in an underground environment where safety matters. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our operations as we continue to evolve.
Roster: 7/7 or 14/14 roster, 12hr days – rotating days and nights
Location: Cobar Region, NSW
Travel options
Residents enjoy a balanced roster and the opportunity to settle into the family-friendly township of Cobar. Relocation support is available, along with a residential allowance
DIDO if you live within an 800km radius of the Mine site which includes a travel allowance
FIFO from Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne
Qualifications and experience

Experience in an underground mining environment
NSW Blaster’s User Explosives Licence (BUEL)
Security Clearance (UHL)
NSW Work Safely at Heights Certificate
Current unrestricted C Class Driver’s Licence
Statement of Attainment in IKON (Electronic Detonator Initiation)
